Introduction

Heritage Marine Limited
was founded by a group of marine contractors specialising in sourcing waterfront locations, boats and marine co-ordination. Working out of a traditional boatyard on the East Coast of England, with facilities for the repair, maintenance and conversion of vessels up to 100 tons on site, Heritage Marine's directors have many years of combined experience in the marine and film industries, enabling them to provide a unique service to the film industry.

An extensive database of classic boats and all kinds of vessels

Heritage Marine is compiling a database of classic yachts and waterfront locations containing information and pictures on all kinds of vessels that are available for use in film and television productions. This will enable Producers, Location Managers, Art Directors etc, who are looking for a specific vessel or location, to contact Heritage Marine to carry out the searches for them and make intelligent recommendations that will ultimately save time and money.

Marine Film Services

Heritage Marine
has access to Class 5 and 6 passenger vessels that can accommodate up to 150 passengers if required. Depending on the location of the shoot, the unit base and whatever vessels are involved in the production, there is often a need for a dedicated, 'people mover' vessel. We can also supply high-speed launches to ferry the crew around. If you have a vessel or waterfront location you wish to include on the Heritage Marine Register please contact us for an entry form by phone or fax, or e-mail info@filmafloat.com.
